Progress 9-26

This week has sucked.  

Diet
Totally wrong.

Workouts
Due to crappy weather causing my muscles to ache I've barely exercised at all.  


That is all.  I'm even embarrassed to show you these "progress" pictures.  Yes I'm making progress but, it's in the wrong direction.

Progress 9-19

I'm back!  I know it's been awhile but, there's been some really stressful stuff going on.  It's been crazy around here!


Diet
Same ole' Same ole'!  My stomach hasn't really been cooperating so I've been living on protein shakes and egg whites.  My stomach doesn't want anything to do with meat right now.  So, I've stayed away from it.

Workouts
I really don't feel like I pushed myself as hard as I should/could have.  My body was seriously taking a hit from all the stress.  My muscles ached, I could barely move, I was a mess!

Next week is new plan week {I think} and I'm super excited to see what is in store for me!

Things I Love Thursday






The Rachel Ray Show
Every day at the gym I try and finish my strength training by 9 AM.  I make sure to get the cardio machine I need closest to the TV that has channel 6 {CBS in my area} on it.  The Rachel Ray Show honestly helps me finish my cardio.  The other day I stayed on for an extra 15 minutes because I was watching the show and didn't want to miss anything.  


Puffed Rice
I seriously miss cereal.  Seriously, I miss the simplicity of it.  I miss the ease of it.  I miss the NORMALCY of it.  The other day while I was searching around the internet I realized that puffed rice cereal {NOT crispy rice cereal}  is just rice.  And I'm allowed rice.  So I'm allowed puffed rice.  It makes me happy.
